现在我们全家的户口在白云区，但是我们一直住在天河北路自己的住房里。我家儿子今年要读小学，本来人户一致的话，我们的房产对应的小学是华阳小学。但是据我目前的了解，如果想要读天河的公立小学，只能等教育局统筹安排就近入学。
最近我在网上看到有其他妈友回复帖子提到还需要有什么额外的条件需要满足，例如父母双方其中一个要在天河有连续五年的社保。不知道这个条件是否真的？如果是真的话，恐怕我们就无法满足，因为我在天河的社保才刚满一年。
万能的妈网里，有妈友了解以上情况吗？或者是否有类似的情况经历过呢？现在我担心两个问题，第一，是否能够再天河统筹到公办小学；第二，如果能统筹到，不知道最有可能会被统筹到那几间小学？
报名的时候在系统上不是一输入身份证号码就自动分配了所对应的区域和学校吗？怎么统筹呢
打过电话问广州教育局那边，说我这个情况可以在天河报名公立，等统筹安排，但是有其他什么苛刻的条件对方没有说。
如果教育局这样回复，那就等天河区统筹了，天河北那附近的学校也都还不差，当然华阳最好咯。户口迁过来也可惜了分红。
